I’m Genevieve, founder of Pinnacle Path.​

I started Pinnacle Path because I believe great startups have the power to make the world better—but too many struggle to scale when they don't have the right systems in place.

Through my consulting work, I saw the same pattern over and over again. When startups grew beyond the founders doing everything, the transition to team-led execution took longer than it should. Everyone was working incredibly hard, yet progress felt slower than expected. Leaders were caught in the day-to-day chaos, spending their time coordinating work instead of driving the business forward.

Everything I do comes from my experience with startups, refined through helping 60+ startups across 7 countries. My mission is simple: help teams focus on what matters, execute with clarity, and reach their milestones. I love what I do.
